DARWIN AI CALENDAR
Terms of Service
Effective date:
These terms apply to the meeting scheduling service at darwin.raphaelporto.com, managed by Raphael Porto for meetings with his Darwin AI clients.
1. Using the service
The service lets you choose an offered meeting type, view available times, submit booking details, and receive a calendar invitation. By submitting a booking, you agree to these terms. If you book for someone else, you must have permission to provide their details and arrange the meeting.
Guests do not need to connect a Google account. Only the host can access the management dashboard and authorize the host calendar.
2. Bookings and meeting changes
Use accurate contact information and review the selected date, time, and time zone before confirming. Booking rules, including required questions, meeting duration, advance notice, and scheduling window, are displayed through the booking flow.
A booking is confirmed when the service reports successful creation of the calendar event. If you do not receive an invitation, contact the host to check the booking. Availability can change, and technical or calendar conflicts may prevent completion.
To cancel or reschedule, contact raphael.porto@getdarwin.ai or use any instructions the host provides in the invitation. The host may need to change or cancel a meeting and will communicate through the contact details you supplied.
3. Responsible use and personal links
Use the service for legitimate meeting requests. Do not submit fraudulent bookings, impersonate others, send abusive content, disrupt the service, evade access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to the host’s calendar or dashboard.
Personalized client links are intended for their recipients. Anyone with such a link may be able to view its displayed client name and company and access the meetings offered through that link. Keep the link private unless the host has agreed it may be shared.
Access or booking requests may be restricted when needed to address abuse, protect the service, or enforce the meeting’s eligibility requirements.
4. Privacy and meeting information
The Privacy Policy explains how booking details and Google data are accessed, used, stored, and shared. Notes and answers submitted with a booking are included in the meeting invitation and may be visible to people with access to that event. Provide information relevant to arranging the meeting.
5. Google and other providers
The service depends on Google Calendar, Google Meet, hosting infrastructure, and email or calendar delivery services. Their availability and policies can affect scheduling, conferencing, and invitations. Use of Google services is subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
The host authorizes Google Calendar access for scheduling. That authorization can be revoked through Google Account settings; revocation may prevent new bookings until the connection is restored.
6. Availability and scope
Reasonable care is taken to operate the service, but uninterrupted availability, invitation delivery, and freedom from errors cannot be guaranteed. Contact the host if a booking or meeting link appears incorrect.
This site arranges meetings. A booking does not itself create a paid services agreement, a purchase, or a guarantee of a particular business outcome. Any separate agreement governing services or the client relationship continues to apply. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Updates and contact
The service and these terms may be updated. Revised terms will appear here with a new effective date and apply to bookings submitted after they take effect. For questions about these terms or your meeting, contact raphael.porto@getdarwin.ai.
